really want to go on vacation after reading this. i can't lie, i didn't really feel the chemistry between felix and lucy, it felt immature. however, i did like the portion towards the end of the book where lucy begins to focus on herself after bridget moves.

This is a summery book that does the job and was simply fine. Dreamy coastal backdrops. A summer romance. Not particularly memorable plot/characters. I mainly picked this up because it was set on Prince Edward Island which is a major travel bucket list destination for me. And I'm not going to lie, some of my favorite parts were learning more about L.M. Montgomery and the Anne of Green Gables references.

Felt transported to PEI! Another great read by Carley Fortune! I loved how descriptive it was of the island, how Anne of green gables quotes were weaved through, the characters!
