I can't imagine reading this without a PEI trip planned... I am so excited to visit in October omg!
The Anne references added in really elevated this for me, and the atmosphere was excellent.
I loved the MMC and the focus on friendship, which actually made me cry at some point. The dialogue was a little corny at times and the whole thing was a little dragged out over 5+ years but I liked the fast pace.
The thing that really took this down from 5 stars for me was the times at which they chose to have sex lol. They did reiterate that their love was about more than just sex but sometimes I just didn't believe them...
Overall I think this is one for the Emily Henry girlies and anyone interested in PEI!
