If you would like to see my non-spoiler thoughts, I have written my review on my blog->

SpoilerOne thing I really did love was the representation of a single male parent. Male parents where the woman ducks out of the relationship is not a common trope in media.
One thing I really disliked was the cheating trope. I don’t like it in any sort of media and it wasn’t needed. I am glad she kicked Ray to the curb, I could not stand him.
The last thing I wanted to bring up was Wyatt being asexual. I think he was misrepresented in this book. I think that he was asexual and aromantic. They seem to be shown as the same thing. You can be one and not the other or both. It is not that big of a thing for me, but I think some more research should have been done.

I had no idea what I was getting into when reading this book [well kind of after reading the synopsis lol] but I loved it. The way comments, tweets, articles, etc were included was chefs' kiss. The show was amazing, it felt like I was watching TV for real! The guys were all different and so fun to keep up with!

Wyatt was so sweet! Sam was honestly my fave of the men lmao. Luc was so fun and such a flirt lol. Asher was cute! Ray needs to see a therapist tbh...I was cheering for all of them sometimes and other times I caught myself hating on all of em lmao. Idk how the show is gonna top this season lowkey.

Overall I love the book, my favorite characters are Gwen, Sam, Marin, Linus, and lowkey Luc but dont tell nobody!

Love a plus size character - would actually watch a reality dating show with a true plus size lead!!

2.5 rated up.

I think one of the major problems with this book is that it's more obsessed with Bea being a fat woman than being a story about a fat woman who falls in love. It really couldn't go more than a few minutes without mentioning her size, that she's fat, or that people might think about her appearance. I get the self consciousness, really I do, but we really could have done with the constant reminders that she doesn't think anyone will love her because she's fat.

It's also an INCREDIBLY white book. Yes, some of her love interests are men of color, but it always felt like something that was thrown in to avoid being white, because their respective cultures never play a factor in their lives. Bea also seems to think her being plus size is the same oppression as racism or queerphobia.

Also, I hated all the break ins with podcasts and twitters and text chats. I don't care what these random strangers think and the fact that there is so much of it goes against the entire idea of not caring what people on the internet think?

A whole season of the bachelorette - behind the scenes and all shoved into one romance novel. It’s absolutely sucked me in and was a really quick read. It was definitely cheesy at times and her self sabotaging got a bit old towards the end. But super cute, i really liked this one

This book should have trigger warnings. I almost abandoned it and I wish I would have. I was very disappointed. I think I know what the author was trying to do, but I don't think she did a good job with portraying her (hopefully) intended message. I would not recommend this book to others.
