I'm sorry but I don't like  Cyrus. I can see how Alizeah likes him but I feel like it was a attraction at first sight.

As expected, this book did not disappoint, Cyrus and Alizeh were amazing. I also really want to know what deal Cyrus made with the devil. Something I did not expect was to find Kamran the tool somewhat tolerable, think he just needed a bit of a wakeup call, still annoying as hell though. Loved the makeshift group at the end. Just one gripe about this book is that I wish it was a bit more plot heavy in Alizeh's chapters. Nonetheless, can't wait to read the next book.

It was good but I liked the first book better. This had interesting character development and relationship-/world-building. Kamran's side of the plot was the most interesting. Alizeh and Cyrus's interactions were excellent.
