Well, this was good. I personally enjoyed it a little more than the first one, but I also must admit that I'm not convinced of Cyrus.

…Even if a fanart of him and Alizeh was the reason I started this damn series. 

I'm pretty sure this series is going to do its damnest to give me second-lead syndrome. And, oddly, I'm looking forward to it.

A good second book, 

Cyrus is a nice twist. I look forward to seeing what happens between the characters. 

The world building is lacking for a fantasy book, and not a lot of history has been revealed to us. 

A quick and easy read though. A good in between series!

For me, this book was a lovely escape into an adventure.

I enjoyed this book bc 1. Azazel was sometimes giving baddie whenever she overpowered Cyrus in his own games and 2. i like the end where she chooses her kingdom over him and 3. i like how tormented he was over her. Tehe.
