Kerri is a fantastic author and I love the world that she's created and that the other stories and characters tie in with each book.

Why this was 500 plus pages made no sense to me, literally what happened? The plot was so lacking, the stakes were nonexistent that the "action" started and ended in practically one chapter.
The fmc was so boring, the mmc was interesting though I feel like he changed personalities halfway through the book.
