It was an enjoyable and easy read. Was it really good? No, but I still got through it fast which means I did like it.
Overall, good storyline and easy to follow. There are some things that are quite predictable but not necessarily in a bad way. I felt like I got the right amount of information at the right times as well.
I do feel like I need to know more about Orion because sometimes I felt like I was lacking some information. When it comes to Rowan, I felt like I knew the right amount of information about her. It was nice to see a character with anxiety and notice some similarities when I look at myself as well.
I do want to read further in this series but since it wasn’t anything special it is a 3.5 stars for me.

I didn’t expect to like this book, but man was I surprised. The humor, the tension, and the mystery sucked me in a spit me out wanting more! I loved the slow burn and the danger in this book. 10/10 would recommend!
