this book series was a 10 star series of reads for me, the first time i read them through when i was like 13, following my love affair with twilight and in hindsight, lame and boring romance with a fantasy setting.. probably doesnt hold up any more but thoroughly enjoyed in my youth and helped develop my love of reading!!!
I thought the entire plot would be more better. this one is sort of disappointment for me.
For me this book was meh. I just couldn't get into the characters. The storyline was interesting but it didn't hold my interest.

Oh! Dimitri! That sums up a lot of how I feel about this series. But other than Dimitri Belikov, I also love Rose Hathaway. She is fierce and BA and, and how every women should aspire to be.

My copy had a lot of grammar mistakes, but other than that, it’s a great book!
For me, this series was a guilty pleasure read. I realize it's not really a great book but I got through this book in a night and immediately ordered the next. It was enjoyable, gave me some quick satisfaction, and left me wanting to know what happened next.
