Wow. I need to return to this, because one reading is not possibly enough for full comprehension.

This book was amazing. It covered so many different topics and with such amazing commentary. I loved the fact that it was meant to be a play that incorperated dance, as well as all of the contemporary elements of the poetry's formatting, etc. The ending was also deeply profound.
Powerful and sad. Cried, got goosebumps. I think I most liked the more romantic, "oh, relationships!" poems, since those seemed a little more hopeful and less tragic. Or maybe it's just because the final poem, with Beau and Crystal, was so tragic. Oh man.
“I found god in myself & I loved her. I loved her fiercely”
I think on the first read it may be a bit difficult to digest but there are so many beautiful moments within the book that make it so worth it.
