Multiple tropes including fake relationship, friends to lovers, and forced proximity all work together to make a Funny Story. Book Lovers is still my fave, but this was a close runner up.

I really liked this book. The only issue I had was that the MMC wears crocks and it’s mentioned MULTIPLE times. Ick. But I loved the plot and the chemistry and the spice.
