It is predictable book with a weak female character being saved all the time from the main person (who obviously had steel blue eyes, was the strongest person possible and continual reference to his rippling muscles) huge holes in plot and quite frankly so cliche. I loved the concept but the plot was poor.

This was a book. I felt like some things were too obvious, like

the monsters being the missing girls

. Also she got groped several times/ treated like meat and there seemed to be no repercussions or any problems with it really. I liked the scene when they went to the doctor but that was pretty much it. Her randomly not being allowed her dog and the bus driver basically leaving them for the monsters was wild. Everyone felt extremely immature but they were young. I will say I appreciate how close in age they were. This book, for how long it was, still left something to be desired. Also her disease seems like diabetes and I hope they clear that up in the other ones.
