a darker read than i expected but i found myself hooked pretty quickly. zoe is complicated in a way that makes her feel real.

i enjoyed this, simple! but like strange. idk i had thoughts last night when i finished but i didn’t put them down right after so

This book was insanely boring until about page 150. I’m pretty sure I even skipped like 30 pages and it didn’t even subtract from the story. The ending was fine but felt predictable. Idk not my fav!

huh. not what i was expecting. good…i think….i just tend to prefer mellower books. but the writing was really fantastic and compelling.

ok, edit. bumping up to 4 stars. 4.5 stars for the writing and characters, 3.5 stars for my personal enjoyment of the genre/general content. but objectively really good and i was totally hooked.
