I honestly can’t say why I enjoyed reading this one. It’s cheesy, immature, and filled with all the tropes that come with a college RH. It’s seriously ridiculous, and I had a blast reading it!

NA reverse harem recipe for success.

Gently mix together:
1 - sexy teacher aide
1 - sexy upcoming football star
1 - sexy musician who plays the cello.
Add in a sexy virginal, blushing girl who doesn't get the sex jokes.

As with book one, there was zero nutritional value here.

The pnr aspect was glossed over so much I was wondering if I had imagined it from book one? Hello? Did we forget the main reason she picked this campus and why she was immediately attracted to the guys? Anyone? *crickets*

This was sort of just a crappier version of the first book. It feels like the series is being unnecessarily dragged out.
There's no real plot, the one mystery keeping it going is about the voices. Actually, it's less of a mystery and more just waiting for the big reveal to the guys to see their reactions, which we sort of got at the end and was pretty anticlimactic.

I still don't really like Memphis. He's too problematic for my liking and just generally doesn't have any redeeming qualities, imo. I like Oz and Bates better, though I really hate the way Bates only seems concerned with the other guys accepting him into the relationship without even knowing if Waylynn is interested. And voyeur-ing on them during sexy times without consent is creepy af. So the relationships aren't really carrying the book either. The only thing I liked was slow-build aspect of Bates' relationship.

Also, why the fuck are all women in reverse harems (except the FMC, of course) super confident, pushy and refusing to respect boundaries/accept rejection. It annoys me how often authors fall back on this trope and this series is super guilty of it.

I think the only reason I was able to finish this book is because it's such an easy read. I saw someone else describe this series as candy and it's very accurate, especially the way you can consume too much of it before realising how crap it is and makes you feel.
