I'm not sure how this book can have so little going on in it, and yet have me totally engrossed in it. There's IS still going on, but a lot of it is subtle and gradual.
Memphis and Oswald are all in with Waylynn. While Memphis had to be very careful being seen with her previously with him being her TA, he's got to the point that he doesn't really care what others think. Oswald has come out and said he's "wifed up" to his teammates, meaning he has a serious girlfriend who understands his goals for playing football and all that entails. Bates is slowly getting to know her as well, and Waylynn is just beginning to figure out that the brothers are okay with him joining in their unusual relationship (though it hasn't been defined, yet).
Things seem to be going wonderfully. The only thing left to do is tell the guys about her past and why she takes medication. Can she do it before the secrets find a way of making themselves known without her being the one to do it?
