This fantasy book drew me in with its plot of elusive magic, scheming, and spicy romance. I enjoyed the world that was built in this book. It was easy to understand while still being interesting and unique. The dynamic of Cam, Kai, and Turo worked so well. Their personalities meshed like they were fated to be together. The side characters also intrigued me. I hope there are future books about the other characters we met in this book!

What could go wrong with an arranged marriage to someone who won't meet until after the wedding?

I really enjoyed this story, however I felt it to be poorly executed. I struggled to imagine both the scenery and the characters. The current book cover does show characters, but only one vague characteristic is given for a character, and it's not shown on the cover. This story perhaps could have been a duo with so much more description given.

I found the types of gods in the story to be unique, and they each had their own story to tell. The stories of the cities were fascinating, from beginning to end. The story wraps up nicely, but if a sequel were written, I would likely read it. Especially if the story was told in more detail.

This was a deliciously sexy queer poly fantasy novel I didn’t expect to like so much. The main 3 characters are all presumably white men, so the story lacks diversity. That being said, I loved the world building and the pining angst.
If it weren’t for the bloody battles and multiple deaths, this would be a cozy fantasy that checks a lot of boxes for things I love in queer fantasy: adorable animal side characters, noble sacrifices made in the name of gay love, and villains who are handed deserved karma.

Would definitely recommend. Many thanks to the author and publisher for the opportunity to have read an advanced copy this book for free. I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Finally a stand alone romantasy with magic, world building, and adventure that doesn’t feel like a massive info dump!! I loved the pacing and plot of this book, the why choose element felt perfect, and I loved the magic/God element of the story. Taking points off only because the dialogue after the final battle felt cheesy and nothing gives me the heebie jeebies more than oral sex after WEEKS of traveling with no note of bathing. But maybe that’s a me problem? Overall, great read!

This was fun, but not a lot of substance to the story aside from the romance happening between the two princes and the spymaster. Which was great, don't get me wrong. If you're hoping for a sweeping fantasy with magic and political strife, it's there, but it's really in the back seat to the romance.

Cam is betrothed to a foreign prince, but all he wants is Turo. But he's forced to put the needs of his people first, so they all end up in a difficult position. The romance is romancing, the spice is delightful, and the banter is great!

Spicy MMM fantasy romance between two princes and a bodyguard.

I enjoyed the relationship development between the characters. Camrael and his bodyguard, Turo, already had great chemistry going into the story and it was nice to see their relationship developing throughout the book, with some help from Cam’s new husband. The three of them were so good together and the spice between all of them was spicing!

It was easy to get lost in this world, the worldbuilding was well written and there was a lot happening. The pacing was fast, but never rushed. The magic system was interesting and I would love to learn more about it.

“You don’t have to do anything but watch. Or, you could tell us what you want and we’ll do it.”
“You’re easy to please, aren’t you? Just a touch and you’re ready to burst.”
“You have the worst sense of timing. I’m trying to be seductive right now!”

Thank you Entangled Amara & NetGalley for the eARC! Receiving ARC didn’t affect my opinion of the book.

This is a romantasy story featuring two princes and a bodyguard. Camrael has been betrothed to Eleas and is being escorted to the his kingdom by his own bodyguard Turo whom he is in love with, along with the prince in disguise as Kai, and some of his men. They face obstacles, pursuit from a murderous King Embros, and betrayal in their journeys, but also come together to find love and a soul binding loyalty.

Cam comes across as fickle at times but just wears his emotions on his sleeve and has a big heart. Kai is the patient and understanding gentle giant of the trio and comes off as overprotective. Turo is Cam's childhood friend, bodyguard, and true love, but seems to be the most level-headed at times, except when it comes to Cam's safety. They are all very taken with each other, and free love seems to abound.

There was lots of world building, and the plot kept on pace, which made this a quick and enjoyable read. The ending leaves it open for a sequel to happen and their adventures to continue.

I was enchanted by how easily it was to get lost into this action packed world of Gods, adventure, fighting, intrigue & so much more.  It was such a fascinating journey watching the characters & their relationships evolve. The chemistry between the prince & his bodyguard was palpable & undeniable from the start. It was beautiful watching the love develop with the new husband. I love how accepting this world is of all types of love.

If you are looking for your next spicy romantasy that throws into the action & romance right from the start, I recommend Winds of Destiny, which is out now!

I didn’t expect to love this book as much as I did. The world is so rich, the characters are amazing, the romance doesn’t feel forced, and the plot is really interesting. I am definitely planning to purchase this book so I can reread it as many times as possible.

The world-building is beautiful. This author doesn’t lore dump at all throughout the book and, even though we don’t get all the lore in the beginning, I never felt lost while reading. The world is super interesting and I would definitely love to learn more about this world.

The characters are amazingly written. They feel real and flawed and their motivations make sense. Even the evil characters are written well. I just love these characters so much especially since we get points of view from all three main characters. Their romance was also just peak and beautiful. I was giggling and kicking my feet in the air.

The plot was interesting and didn’t feel rushed or slow. Honestly, I just loved this book so much.

Definitely recommend this book to fantasy lovers or someone looking for a queer book. Make sure to read the back and the content warnings before hand but please pick up this book!
