I can’t even describe how bland and one dimensional the characters were. Add in the very possessive/bizzare billionaire with almost no dialogue between them

Crashing

it was okay for the longest I was thinking "why is this girl so dramatic?" I really l liked the mystery of Tristan he was my favorite character .. I finished the book but it was like I had to fight to I was getting so mad. for me it didn't fully pick up til the last few chapters the sex sciences were awesome the places they visited and the work he had her do was amazing I guess I just wish it could have been more in some form.. but I see where the author was going and that's why I finished it.. I guess . it's a little hard to explain I'm not bashing the author at all by the way more books the better

I had picked up Crash Into Me some time ago but was unable to get into the story or characters, so I ended up putting it down. For quite some time. Until I decided to pick it up again. I really dislike not finishing books, but I couldn’t even finish the first chapter. I read the author’s review of her own book, and understood where she was trying to go with the story, but it wasn’t working out for me. It’s a short book, but had no real plot, the main character’s were boring as well as the interactions. There were so many questionable things the main character did as well. Very bad judgement. The male character, Tristan, is described to be this sexy, dreamy guy, but right from the beginning, you don’t get that impression. He’s rich and with no personality as well. Their introduction was far too abrupt & confusing. The only thing we know about the female lead is that she doesn’t believe in love & she works at a gallery, where her boss forces her to walk around in a skimpy waitress outfit. She makes eye contact with this mystery man only once, then he disappears only to reappear after she’s closing up. She knows nothing of him, hasn’t had a single conversation with him. I feel she could have at least asked her boss, giving us a bit more insight into his character & personality. But there was nothing. Not even before she gets into his car & almost kills her by speeding & then letting go of the wheel, spinning the car out of control. Then he touches her face & attempts to apologize. That was as far as I could go. I’m sorry, but I have to DNF this book.

What you think is going to be another billionaire romance filled with strong alpha male who runs the woman in to despair before making her the love of her life - is all that - but so much more. The depth of Tristan Stone goes very deep. Plagued by the wrongdoings of his family he is left to pick up the pieces and be the global conglomerate that he never wanted to be. But to right some wrongs he needs to find Nina and make sure her life is everything is should be - but he never counted on falling in love. Worth the time to read - you will be very entertained.

This was a pretty decent story. Nothing too amazing, but I was entertained.

Glad I was home sick, watching football when I started reading this book. I couldn't stop and finished it in one sitting. I can't wait for book 2. I need to know what happens to Tristan and Nina. The twist killed me and I felt it from both sides. Hopelessness and fury.

I am on the fence with this book. The whole story was just weird. From the meeting to their interaction. Nothing felt genuine. I felt no love between the characters and was confused with Tristan. Nina was an idiot. Who gets into a car with someone they do not even know? The only saving grace, to me, the ending. Everything stared to make sense then. I just wish the execution of the story was better.

Let me get this off my chest first before I go into my actual review. I enjoyed every bit of this book. The only reason why I'm giving it 4.5 moons instead of 5 full moons is that one specific character ruined it for me. I think she may become the most-hated character for me ever to read...and she's not even technically a villain in the story. K.M. Scott had to throw someone in there that I hated with a passion. She only had a brief time in the story, but she irked me to no end, and I seriously wanted to smack her around, and she's fictional. I hate her! How dare she even say anything in the story, when she has been nothing, but cynical and she should be supportive of her sister. Grrrrr!!! I am still peeved over what happened at the end with her. ( Enough with the rant )

If you enjoy contemporary romance with twists and turns, secrets, lots of hot sex, and an annoying sister ( yes I threw that in there...LOL)...then you will enjoy this book.

I give this book 4.5 full moons and want to find out what happens next to Tristan and Nina. Did I warn you about the cliffhanger...well...here's your warning. =) I love cliffhangers.

This story did nothing for me. I didn’t connect to anything that happened and honestly the whole situation was kind of...messed up? There didn’t appear to be any rhyme or reason to anything that happened so this was a definite flop for me.

I had a hard time getting into this book and I couldn't even finish it. This book wasn't meant for me at all. To each his own I guess…
