I've actually read this before, just thought I'd read it again now as I haven't been able to see the film yet. Overall it's fun but he still feels pretty underdeveloped at this point. I'm looking forward to reading more and getting to see how they work on that.

The best part of this is probably the Deadpool/Daredevil annual as they've got a pretty interesting dynamic. I feel like I'd need to read more Daredevil to appreciate it properly though. Generally I think that's why I'm less enthusiastic about this volume than I could be, as I'm so unfamiliar with a lot of these characters you're expected to know from other comics. I would like to read more but I wouldn't know where to start, so for now I think I'll just focus on more Deadpool.

In this issue, another of Mary's personalities comes out and she goes on a killing spree. While Deadpool tries to stop her, his will is tested. He wants to stay true to Syrin, but just trying to help her is proving to be much more difficult than he thought.

We also get a glimpse into Psi-Lab of Landau, where a woman named Zoe seems to be watching over Deadpool's actions.
