I paused for a moment before giving this book 5 stars- not because I didn’t love. I did love it, but I needed to consider if there was anything I’d change about this book. I’m not an overly picky reader but I am stingy with ratings, and there is absolutely nothing I would change about this book.

It’s medium to fast paced. There’s lots of tension (which isn’t uuuusally my bag) but the author was able to level it out nicely with moments of sweet and calm… oh and a whole bunch of smex. Lol these boys were so fun to read, the writing was engaging, and I’m looking forward to the next installment.

Very much enjoyed this enemies to enemies with benefits to enemies who are also lovers story. It was actually very sweet, and was a believable enemies to lovers story. Maddox and Devon have a special place in my heart ♥︎

I really enjoyed this story. Maddox and Devon are enemy rivals in life and motocross. Both come from a life of poverty and (fatherly) abuse. They have insane chemistry and a very combative relationship, but I love their AGGRESSIVE LOVE. It was a very addictive read and I cannot wait to continue their story in Lot 62.

BEST THING I'VE READ IN A LONG TIME
the audiobook was insanely good too

Where to start? This book is very different from the enemies-to-lovers books I’ve read in the past, because well they never really stopped being enemies

While the plot isn't really anything special, the writing is decent and it does very much deliver on its premise of passionate rivals-to-lovers. I like that the tension really never lets up between the two MCs. And giant kudos to the dual narrators, who give it their all and deliver a pretty great performance.
