Ok give me a minute because this was so guuuuuurd. I love a good enemies to lovers but sometimes I just don’t feel that real enemy type hate and that always bugs me because it’s like ???? Where’s the genuine hatred! That was NOT the case with these two. The hate, tension, fire between Maddox & Devon was gripping. I could feel the radiation of PASSION because these two characters like they were in the room with me. I’ve been waiting so long to read this and I’m so glad i finally jumped in. The chemistry and sexual tension was off the charts! I also am sooooo intrigued by Xavi & Nate?

Idiots to lovers has never been funnier or more aggressive actually. Devon and Maddox are so stupid it actually made me climb walls

I really liked this book a lot. The MCs are working class/working poor. They are highly flawed and rough around the edges. They have an incredible sweetness to them though. A softness almost.
The story is a simple rivals to rivals with benefits to lovers but the feels they have for each other and themselves and their situation are complex. This story is well written with just the right amount of angst. HEA ending of course!
