It's like well-written candy. How could this be anything but delightful with Meryl Streep reading it, no less! Also, points for this being one of the few novels that takes place during the pandemic that didn't make me roll my eyes at the inclusion. Just a delight, a fun time, but something about it just didn't have that five-star spark. I think the middle got a little bogged down. I did really love the way the story was structured, though, which I think was quite masterful. Side note: the cover is absolutely stunning and I am so irked that they let the stupid Reese sticker ruin it permanently.
