Ich liebe Renovierungsfernsehsendungen und ich liebe leichte und etwas kitschige Romanzen. Man sollte also meinen perfektes Buch, aber. Ein großes aber.
Lasst mich doch einfach mit euren überdimensionierten Penissen in Ruhe. Ich will das nicht lesen. Man kann auch romantische Bücher schreiben ohne so einen Quatsch. Bitte! Mehr will ich doch gar nicht.
Und es ist auch nicht nötig dass man im Epilog ein halbes Jahr später verheiratet ist und ein Kind in die Welt setzt, aber das ist ein anderes Thema das kann ich eher verzeihen, auch wenn ich es nicht verstehe.
Abgesehen davon war es, aber ganz wohlfühlig, ich vermisse bloß ganz doll die Zeit in der man klar am Cover erkannt hat wie schmuddelig es wird.

i was debating on what i should rate this since i was between a 3.5 and a 4, but after sleeping on it i’ve decided to give it a 4. there were several scenes that made me want to go and throw the book at the wall because of how annoyed i was, but the cutesy scenes between gannon and paige made my heart feel all big and mushy. don’t even get me started on the last chapter and epilogue because i was sobbing like a little baby bc of how cute and sweet and precious it all was.

Super cute and fun, but predictable. Lucy Score is a great writer, but as with all romance novels, the endings need help. Don’t just wrap it up in a chapter!
