The story was just so repetitive and there are only so many times I really want to read about the character having hot diarrhoea. Maybe I’ll finish it some day but it was just not inspiring me to read.
Hmmm. The style of writing not my favorite or easiest to follow. But themes were good and enjoyed the details in descriptions of nature, survival, the point of life, and death.
pacing kinda threw me. i loved the idea of a woman running away into the woods with no possessions but it was bogged down with many other things besides.
