I can't help but love Marian's books even when the themes take a darker turn, and while Again, Rachel definitely has it sadder moments, as always we're left with a feeling that things will be all right, that the characters have weathered the storms and come out the other side.

Absolutely loved being back in the boosom of the Walsh family. Rachel was always my favourite of the sisters and it was  an absolute delight to come back to her 20yrs after Rachel's Holiday.

I love the plot, the setting and the complexity of Rachel's life in the now. The book was devastating, beautiful and made me cackle with laughter and bawl.

Take the content warnings seriously!

Marian Keyes has a way of pulling you into her characters, but this can make for uncomfortable reading at times.

The story itself is like meeting up with old friends. It's well paced, feels realistic and left me wanting to know more about characters.
