this book sort of feels like climbing up a mountain constantly, except the build up leads to nothing and i felt like i was going around in circles. i’m honestly surprised i stuck with this.

I loved the phases my mind went through for reading this and how it kept me in a constant state of wtf-is-going-on. The ending didn't give me everything I was wanting, but the book was super well written and it was a very fun read.

Pretty good book but forgettable. She drove me crazy and the fact that the whole book was gaslighting was so off putting. I also didn’t like how they made her seem crazy all the time like they did an ok job showing mental illness but they just wrote her as a “crazy lady” when she went through a lot of trauma.
