This book was INCREDIBLE. I was not expecting to finish it as quickly as I did, but I legitimately could not put it down.

The pacing is incredible, the main character is witting and intriguing, and the plot was truly intriguing. The twists were wonderful, and the references to classic movies were absolutely fantastic. Man. The hype is so deserved.

First time reading a “psychological thriller”. I liked the idea a nosy neighbor POV. The audiobook narrator did a good job making the reader feel like Anna was descending into madness. The book could’ve benefited from being at least 100-150 shorter.

This book mad me cry, it made me angry, and it surprised me SEVERAL times. The characters were realistic, and its rare I can praise a man for writing from the perspective of a female character so well.
