DNF Page 65
While the writing and what I had read of all the characters were nice, there wasn’t much pulling me to continue the story other than the dragons so I’ll just let this go.

First off... DRAGONS!!!! I LOVE dragons!
Things started off a bit slow with this book, I had to push myself to get past all the set up in the first few chapters. I'm glad I stuck with it though! Once the main characters assembled things started to get interesting. One thing after another started to happen and it was difficult for me to put the book down. The story was fun and had some nice twist and turns.
I really enjoy books that switch POV. I feel like the author did a good job of giving each character a distinct voice in their respective chapters. The characters were lovable, I even found myself liking the one I should have hated. I wouldn't say I have a favorite character though.
I was excited to read the next book in the series but it turns out there some kind of drama surrounding the author, so it looks like the next book might be a lost cause. I don't regret reading it though!
