Oh. Umm?!! That was a special special book. It was a miss for me. The ending was unsatisfying, the MC was unlikeable and never got consequences for his actions, the problems got resolved way too conveniently. I did love a certain character in this book to pieces and would love to see things from his perspective. I just... yeah, didn't love this one. I probably won't read anything else from this author. Everything just fell very flat for me. 2.5 stars, rounded up.

3.5 because I feel like I glazed over a lot of science and the last chapter was more an epilogue, I would've liked one more chapter before it.

I flew though this book, already being a fan of Andy Weir’s blend of hard sci-fi, humor, and pacing. This may be my favorite of his works so far.

Fantastic book. The end was a little slow in coming but other than that I loved it. 4.5 stars, would recommend!
