Ohhh this book is totally a ride!
The angst in this one got me crying again we get to know more of Luo Binghe and Shen Qingqiu's backstory
How both of their origins share a bit of similarities...oh my boys
We get another a bit of unhinged Luo Binghe lol but also his vulnerable side that made me want to hug him
Shen Qingqiu also got some development here that i love, i also love his quirky commentary here too
Honestly i like Bingqiu's dynamic alot they both got me laughing and crying at the same time
The ending in this book warms my heart i can't wait for more

This trilogy ruined my sanity!
The first book were pretty decent and pulled on my heartstrings just enough to get me to continue with the next book, but after that this series tore my ♡-strings asunder completely.
I’ve barely been able to occupy my thought with anything other than these characters the last few days. Any chance I got I picked up my phone to just be able to read a few lines.
It has a lot of ups and downs. Some moments I thought that what I read was problematic and complete trash, while the other moment I loved it and almost couldn’t breath because I got so emotional.
If all danmei-novels ruin me like this I’ll have to stay far away from the genre to spare my heart.
