I feel like I've waited forever for this book, but it was so worth it and I can't wait for more in this series. I loved that some of my favorites from four bears made appearances in this book. Porter and Steel were perfect together and I loved when each of them realized it.

KM Neuhold is an automatic buy for me and her Four Bears Construction series is my favorite. This is the first book of the spin-off series and it delivered on everything I love so much in KM’s books. There are an endless amount of laughs, sex as hell bears, off-the-chart sweetness, and the perfect amount of kinky sexiness. Porter and Steele are both a little lost, not sure what they want from the other, but they fall so well together. And then there’s the added bonus of one of my absolute favorite tropes, the smaller top. I’m just going to be eagerly awaiting the rest of this series because this one was amazing!

This book was so charming and sexy. I loved both Steele & Porter. A mechanic and a veterinarian who both own businesses in a small town. Other than there jobs getting in the way, it’s drama free. The friends are delightful and there is the perfect amount of humor & heat.
I will definitely read more by this author.

3.5 stars. A cute and surprisingly soft romance with thankfully way less idiotic shenanigans than most of the Four Bears series. Gates and Tallahassee played a big part here and I'm now curious to see what's going on with them exactly.

Ah a great romance story

This is an easy read, with no angst and just gives you a lovely feeling that love exists. Both MC's are likeable and believable and the story isn't far fatched. I love stories with vets, they just seem so loveable. There are lots of characters featured from previous Four Bears Construction books which makes it fun and also scope for future stories.

Cute, quick read, with virtually no angst. Good amount of steam and holy hell the dirty talk

It was sweet

Definitely a sweet start to the series. Porter's insecurities are understandable and loved how their relationship was based on comfort and not on angst.

Spin off series love - they are kinda a fave of mine as we get to see all the 'side' characters get their own stories.

Steele and Porter ( who we met in Four Bears Construction) time is not their friend with busy lives but they end up with a HEA anyway.
