When Blakely is single and needing somewhere to stay for a little bit, Halsey's teammates volunteer his place without his permission.  Is he mad?  Not really.  He's the most recluse and quiet team member but he isn't blind to Blakely's beauty.  He just hasn't been able to shoot his shot with her since meeting her.  With this new development of her living with him, he's bound to make a move.  Especially when his teammates are sideline quarterbacking him with their ideas of how to woo her.  Too bad they a far from working on her.

I loved everything about this book.  The characters, the banter and the full cast narration.  I honestly don't think anything could've made this more perfect.

From the beginning of the series I was like yup, I need Halsey’s book. The quiet, broken, book reading hockey player, I wanted his story.
Turns out Halsey is an absolute babe with a dirty mouth

Funny, sweet, spicy and emotional!!

I enjoy Meghan Quinn's books a lot. They are funny, sweet, and spicy. But this one??? Omg!!! I should have known that Halsey's book would make me so emotional! His grief changed him and watching him heal, with the help of Blakely and his friends, was so beautiful

Holy Halsey!

I have been waiting for Halsey since book one.

Hockey Romance
Roommates to Lovers
Workplace Romance
One Bed
Fake Dating
He Falls first
Possessive Dirty talking MMC

Halsey has been broken since his twin brother’s death. When he meets Blakely for the first time, he finally feels light again. But crushed when he finds out she has a boyfriend. One year later, she needs a place to stay, and Halsey has a room.

I knew going in this was going to be more emotional. What I didn't expect was one possessive dirty talker. Did I get excited and yell Hell Yeah? Yes, Yes, I did! I love the spice in this book!

As always, the author’s book has a captivating storyline, and I couldn’t stop laughing. Meghan Quinn has become one of the go-to authors.
