Absolutely incredible finish to my favorite book series. Read within 36 hours because I absolutely could not put it down. Fantastic conclusion to a world I have fallen in love with.

The world, the characters, the lore, the magic. It’s all so amazing! This book kept me on the edge of my seat once again.
But goddammit, Rebecca, if you’re having this much of a build up to a war in book 2 and the war in book 3 takes place off-page?? A little disappointing, really. You’re lucky your characters are cute.

Everyone needs to read this series. It broke my heart. I cried a lot at the end. I would literally die for Xiala and Serapio. I know it ended at a good spot but I would gladly read about this world forever
Beautiful story, told brilliantly. An ending that feels perfect to me. I enjoyed this last book the most, but certainly that is because I have come to know and love the characters over the course of the first two, and I was walking through this last volume with them. I hated to see it end, I wanted to live a little longer in this world. But the hope and potential that seems to shimmer in the distance as I reach the end gives me a place to stay as long as I want. Strange that what feels the most satisfying to me seems the opposite to some. But if you want a world to return to, with unforgettable characters, big ideas, fascinating details, and the hope that comes from choosing love, whatever form that takes, I cannot recommend this trilogy highly enough.
