so so sad to DNF. I wanted to love this very much. but it draggggggggggggggggggggggggs.
Moderate: Violence, Injury/Injury detail
Minor: Sexual content
While still great, this book did not quite live up to the previous 2. It's quite long and builds for about 500 pages only to feel rushed when the action begins.
The endings for the characters felt a bit unsatisfying as well.
Overall, still a great read and a great trilogy.

This book reads as if the author had more story to tell, but ended up having to condense a potential fourth book into the end of a trilogy. Several storylines are left dangling. Black Sun was fantastic, Fevered Star was mostly table setting, but still good. This book is a bit of a mess, unfortunately.

I agree with many reviews that this was an underwhelming ending with loose threads. Also I’m glad Serapio and Xiala end up together at the very end but I don’t like that he didn’t go looking for her at all

Chaotic and intense overall, but it ended well in my opinion. It ended with just enough hope to not be cheesy and to make up for the death and darkness of the rest of the novel.

This series is one of my absolute favorites. I do have some quibbles about the ending, particularly when it comes to Naranpa’s storyline. But even still, I love the series too much to rate this less than 5 stars. I’m also a sucker for prophecies and the myriad ways in which they can go sideways, and MIRRORED HEAVENS delivered in that regard.

This is hands down one of my all time favourite epic fantasy trilogies! An enthralling story with lots of diverse characters, a compelling overarching plot and good pacing. Everything was wrapped up really well and I got the ending I was hoping for!😬
