Ok but drastically overhyped.
If you love magical coming-of-age academy and/or dragon tropes, you will enjoy the book for those alone. Aside from that, the plot, character development, and magic systems are all a bit weak.

It was just amazing I have no words. I cry so much at the end. I ate the whole book while I was outside I took my kindle in order to continue if I had a moment. Xaden is absolutely incredible and violette so strong. I have high hopes for the second book I’m waiting November like never. Rebecca your first fantasy romance is incredible I am so happy that I can read in English I feel blessed for being capable of reading this book
It’s a mix of hunger games, divergent, how to train a dragon and Harry Potter especially hogwarts
The dragons were amazing so funny this book made me laugh, cry, giggle, melt my heart then shocked me a truly five stars a heart infinite stars
