A good thriller with an unlikely hero. If you like the DaVinci Code, you will enjoy this book.

OK, but not that great. It really dragged. Also, it kind of sells at a Mason's conspiracy, but only has a small tie in at best. Not a bad ending, but by the time I got there I was tired with the book.

It was sort of Dan Brown meets Iris Johansen, I really enjoyed it. I thought it was going to have more religion in it, but it was much more about government agent concipriacays than it was religion, which was fine. I really enjoyed this book. The style was pretty cool, because it would skip perspectives and most were a far third, while Wes' POV was first person. I liked that you instantly knew it was Wes talking as soon as he said "I". Great book!

Obviously written in hopes of capturing some of the DaVinci Code craze. Cheap knock off! Not as good as his other efforts.

Why is no one talking about how much Brad Meltzer likes the word “Formica” ?

This book was a mix of new age political conspiracy and scandal and the DaVinci Codes mystery and puzzle solving. The cover is a bit misleading, as the main story line doesn’t follow a Freemason conspiracy directly but there are mentions to it and historically correct references. There are enough twists and turns to keep you from wanting to put the book down, I finished in three days.

Not spectacular, but kept me ready. Some language, but not too much. No sex.
