This book was a wild ride. I’m not happy after finishing, but it was certainly entertaining.

Honestly, I just do not like Rashad at all. Some of the things he said, plus the fact that he seems completely unable to be celibate for even short period of times, was just too much for me. Joy was guilty too, I know. But Rashad called her “foul” and I flinch away from the book and wondered how he was going to come back from that. For me, he didn’t. He also immediately jumps into “messing around” with women. Ew.

I felt so bad for Phil. I wanted him to be loved and happy. Strippers deserve love too! Lol.

Perfection

Definitely worth the wait. I enjoyed every single minute of this book. This showed how unhinged a relationship can get and how if you fight hard enough you can overcome anything and it was just perfect.

Loveeee

Sis,

This was beautifully told and needed to be told. Because marital problems happen and people get neglected. This is so different from your other works and I love that you took us on a different journey.

The premise of the story hit close to home but still wrapped up and was a eye opener. Joy and Shad had a good marriage but bumps along the way. The openness and hurt was refreshing and I was rooting for them all the way! I definitely will read more books by this author.

Emotional Rollercoaster

Danesha took us on an emotional rollercoaster with this one! At the beginning I had my mind made up about how I wanted this story to go. Joy and Rashad drove me crazy throughout this book, but I understood where they were coming from. Danesha did an awesome job with keeping me guessing about what the outcome would be. Overall, I loved the way things turned out in the end.
