I hope you really really love history. Because this book is all about the Second Amendment and providing historical context for why it exists. I really like the introduction and I really like the ending but the whole entire middle is extreme history. It feels like it’s a ton of detail and sometimes I would zone out. So I enjoyed it for having the information to make the argument about the second moment but it was still not super exciting.
Graphic: Hate crime, Violence, Gaslighting, Genocide, War, Colonisation, Death, Forced institutionalization, Cultural appropriation, Gun violence, and Injury/Injury detail
