If wasn't terrible, but I just couldn't get into it

Pretty good. The characters in this book are interesting, mysterious. They all become the family of the main character, they're like the family she never had. It was hard for me to get straight into this book because Derek Landy's style of writing wasn't to my liking much but I did soon get used to it and immersed myself in this magnificent story. Skulduggery is a lovable character that can always make you smile and he easily becomes a favourite character in the books. My favourite character would have to be Tanith Low because she is like a big sister to Stephanie. This book really gives you the mystery you are looking for!

8/10 would recommend!
