In theory I should love this book but read maybe 30-40 percent and abruptly stopped. I'm not sure if I just wasnt in the right mood but it was exhausting to read

Ik kwam gewoon niet lekker in het boek. Hierdoor zag ik er tegen op om verder te lezen, dan is het beter om met een nieuw boek te beginnen.
Ooit zal ik het boek helemaal lezen, maar nu ging het gewoon niet

So glad I reread this as an adult, so much easier to follow and much easier to get swept up in the story. The actor/reader for the audiobook was so so good too (this probably had a big part in how much I enjoyed It). What a wonderful story about thinking you can know someone’s true self based on how you judge them.
