it was okay

This book was just okay for me. It was well written and interesting. Unfortunately there are very few high school base book that I really enjoy. I don’t have the patience to read about parents’ rules, clic behavior of high schoolers, or the immature thinking of teens. For instance, Emilia refusing to date him but having a problem with him dating someone else….the whole thing is so irrational

I'm writing this after finishing the whole trilogy so my I have influences therefore I won't be saying much.
I picked up this book after reading "Forever After All" by this author and decided I want more, couldn't be happier I came to this one (following the author's order). Even though it's fun to see an innocent love and seeing the characters understand their own feelings, I really hated
the ending: I'm a sucker for happy endings and this was definetely not it.

I got really annoyed by Kate, that's why I'm not giving 5 stars to this. This kid need a theraphist like years ago. I kinda liked the other main characters, bothe male and female were equally liked here.
I know I loved this book by how truly fast I read it. Crazy me.

3 books for 1 couple is never a good sign. Should of realized that sooner. I liked the couple, I just didn’t like the writing. Her newer books have better writing so I would recommend those instead of this trilogy.

Cute best friend’s brother romance with a little enemies to lovers from all the pranks they did growing up. Carter definitely deserves better, but I can see why Emelia was torn about whether she should start dating him or not. So I’m excited to see how the rest of their story plays out now that they’ll both in college together.
