From the hype of this book, I went in expecting to really love it.
Although I can say that I enjoyed it & it has been better than some of my other reads.
I just felt it is missing something. It felt incomplete somehow. The plot twist at the end, wasn’t expecting.
But even then ‘that’ still felt off.
I don’t know maybe because it didn’t mean my expectations I’m just feeling off. But I would recommend it.

I liked how the mMC and fMC became friends first before acting on their attraction which made their connection more genuine.
The story was also funny and I liked the sidecharacters they were friends with. And I saw the potetial in the story with the mMC falling first and hard.
What I did not enjoy that much was how in the last three chapters somehow all the issues fade away/problems are solved leading to a partly realistic romance story falling flat at some point. And while a lot of things are happening all the one on one scenes were skipped making me miss simple scenes of MCs just communicating which could have given their relationship more depth.
Spice ((quantity + quality)÷2)
1,75/5
There was some good stuff in between(her legs...haHA...) but they mostly felt kind of disconnected from their story or impersonal, like it could have been every couple hooking up. I also dislike when book couples do not have a talk about contraceptives before doing anything but at one part he uses the "unfailing method of pulling out" and I was afraid there was going to be a pregnancy plotline but nope it just never gets adressed.
