Best issue yet in terms of Ronnie and Achie's characterization and relationship. Still miss Betty, but her name isn't on the cover so I get it.

The fact that mr.lodge would go to such lengths is scary, he would have uprooted a family not knowing anything about the people just to get his way. Then Archie still wants to stay with veronica? Weird, but Archie and his dad's character are so in sync it admirable. If veronica is so mad and dad to be at Riverdale, I wonder if her dad won't send her bombarding or private school to keep her away from Archie later on.

Firstly: Kudos to Veronica Fish on the artwork in this one. It was beautiful.
I liked this issue much better than the last one. Conflict, cute characters, emotional tension? What's not to like?
