I really like this series and this one shot UK mystery fit in well. It's just not as in-depth as the prior mysteries. Still a good read.

This was a solid outing -- it had been a while since I read a book in this series, and I forgot what a fun and fast read they are.  This installment takes Stevie and her friends on a week-long trip to London; it's supposedly an educational outing, but of course Stevie is there to investigate a murder.  The mystery came together nicely, and the emotional beats were well done as well.  Stevie and her friends are now high school seniors, and thus struggling with things like college admissions, a path in life, anticipating separation once school ends, sexuality, and so forth.

This book was written three years ago and I can't find any news about a sixth; I really hope Maureen Johnson keeps up with this series.  (Especially given the last line ...)
