It started out good, but I don’t know, I wasn’t sold with this one. Don’t have much to say about it other than the fact that Rick not having a POV kinda made him feel less important than Carl somehow. And that’s not good for a polyamorous story. Maybe if it was just from Katie’s POV it would’ve been fine, but ONLY giving her and Carl a POV felt weird to me.

I don't know how I made it this far into the story. I wish that I had stopped when she was riding and getting off on her horse...like omg eww. I think I continued to feel cingey listening to the book. The male narrator sounded so angry during sex, it made me laugh at some parts and then instantly start cringing again. I found the FMC to be very annoying. As a parent, I just think things are way more complicated than a child can ever know and the amount of hatred she had for her dad was ott. We didn't establish anything to show him as an asshole so I just didn't buy it or her hatred for him. She was coming across very very immature and privileged and I wanted to slap her across the face.
Full on steamy but also has a good story full of heart! Rich, Carl and Katie quickly become more than just an arrangement and become everything for each other!

The name and cover almost put me off of this book because I expected it to be cringy or over the top, but reviews said the smut was good so I have it a try. And I was pleasantly surprised, I really enjoyed it. It was fun, steamy and more well written than a lot of similar books in the genre.

It gave so much more than smut! Loved the individual character development and really enjoyed their relationship as a whole but honestly didn’t enjoy the smut and because that was a main part of the book my rating has to drop
