A horse girl gets Eiffel Tower'd. This book read like an uncensored Lifetime movie. It was so bad, it was almost good. I couldn't stop reading it, so I guess that's a good thing?

I enjoyed it mostly.

Great smut and the MM scenes were 10/10.

Pregnancy is one of my least favourite tropes but I can overlook that most times if it fits with the narrative of the story.

What I do hate is when the FMC is sure she doesn’t want children but then suddenly changes her mind and is then all ‘baby baby baby’. There was an attempt to make it so it was because of the characters change in dreams etc. which I guess worked but felt a bit forced.

Went into this thinking it was just another smutty read, only to find that it also has a good plot. I found myself rooting for this poly romance to work. Carl and Rick were looking for their missing piece, and Katie was the perfect fit.

Although this involves a trio, we only get two POVs. I wish we had some chapters from Rick’s point of view.

This book surprised me with how good it was, I was expecting full on smut but there was actually a plot and character development. I think this could have been a 5 star read for me but the male narrator during spicy scenes made me cringe so I couldn't in good conscious give it 5.
