MATT HAIG YOU ARE A WRITING GENIUS. THIS HAS DONE MORE IN CHANGING HOW I VIEW MY DEPRESSION THAN MY THREE YEARS OF THERAPY.

If you are someone who has ever dealt with or currently is dealing with depression. This book is one of the most profound things I’ve ever read. Did it lay the philosophy on a little thick? Maybe but I liked it so 🤷‍♀️ it made me laugh, cry, and most of all reflect on my own life, and I think, as someone who usually reads either for school or escapism, that’s pretty phenomenal.
