This book had an interesting plot and although it seemed a bit of a slow start, it got quite interesting and there were different connections in the plot being made to keep it intriguing and a plot twist I honestly didn't see coming at all. I also quite liked how it was concluded.

"I guess that's the really nice thing about disappearing: the part where people look for you and beg you to come home."

I just had to close the book after I finished it and sit in silence for 5 minutes to try and wrap my head around what just happened, I also had to go back through the book it see all the clues I have missed
Its so clever! The ending is clever and its crazy I can't believe the twist and I cant believe that I never suspected it. Not even when "dara" saw her own memorial I thought she was imaging it
Im completed shocked and amazed I absoulutely love this book and the psychology in it is breathtaking
dark mysterious sad medium-paced

Oh man. So I thought I knew what was going on... and then at 84%, I literally sat my Kindle down and said aloud, "Wait, what?" I always like books that can do that.

Totally did not see that twist!!!

So this is really sad but oh my is it also ridiculous. Figured out to plot twist legit from page 2.

I finished this very quickly and again appreciated Lauren Oliver's knack for descriptions. But I predicted the ending and found it didn't quite wrap up to my liking. I don't know, something seemed left off. I enjoyed it and am glad I read it, just still chewing on whatever felt "off" for me...

It was good! A bit predicable but intense and written well. I love the diary format. What a story for sisters.
emotional mysterious medium-paced

Ok. Did not expect the twist. Like didn’t see it coming at all. I didn’t really even realize I was reading a thriller/mystery until like 75% of the way thru.
