There are always a few things that I know will happen when we have a Sloane St. James book: I will literally be grinning from ear to ear, I am blushing — so much blushing, and she will have me in my feels and get me super emotional. And I have to say Coach Sully did that all for me! 

Coach Sully is book one in a brand new series for Sloane - The Rogues Hockey Series. And literally from the very beginning of this story I was hooked. I knew I loved Sully from the Lakes series and I was delighted to know he was getting his own story and it was apart of a new series. That man is the defintion of down bad and man obsessed. 

After Sully retires from the NHL he is starting to realize he is also over the dating scene — as basically all of his friends have found love. And then by chance he is approached by Kendra, a producer for a new potential reality dating show. He is very adamant in turning it down as he didn’t want his personal life on full display for everyone to see. Once that was off the table and he got to know Kendra more they really hit it off. And let me tell you their connection was off the charts from the start! 

Once their night ends and Kendra lets her boss know that Sully is not interested at all in the reality dating show he comes up with an offer Sully can’t refuse unfortunately. He uses his passion for wanting to be a Coach and lumps it into a combo deal. Now this new contract makes each other off limits and truly where Sully shows his obsession and determination to be with her. 

A few weeks later Kendra finds out she is pregnant and honestly the way Sully just cares for her and wants to protect her and their baby is truly so special. And getting to see their relationship build over time was so magical. I also loved the Lakes Hockey Team Cameos and Kendra interacting with each of them! 

This series is going to be so much fun !! Kendra and Sully are everything 🫶🏻😭
