I want more! I love these two 🥺

Loved getting to see more of what happens with them after the events of The Traitor Queen

Cute little novella giving more story and context to a couple I’m not sure I could get enough of. The little bit of spice was nice and naughty.

cute steamy lil novella but also had so much depth?! lara’s journey with ithicana gaining her trust just shows how selfless and loyal she is, wanting to do right by her people. aren being down bad for his wife is always a win! this was good and sets up the next book nicely!

Super cute and fun read, valuable information for the cross from book 3 to 4! It was nice to see Aren and Lara again. I really respected Lara’s approach to earning Ithicana’s respect as their queen. I love her morals so much. Also, what was with the sponge scene im confused. ALSO the ending with the shark seemed a bit rushed and random but I guess it worked with the moral of the story so that was fun. Either way, refreshing! Onto the next 📖

Okay so after finishing traitor queen I felt I was missing out on what happened after. And this is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Although I will always want to see more of Aren and Lara, this was a perfect and necessary ending. I am glad they had the conversation about children. And the spice was sooo good. Aren being so confident in his love for her and us being able to see them both love eachother truthfully and publicly was so good. I just wish this was longer!
