Wonderful novel that takes at least 200 pages to really engage in. I didn't really love any of the characters, but I loved how the whole story came together.

I had a hard time sticking with this one. I was hanging on largely because I wanted to know which sister died & how , and then I stayed on because "well, I've made it this far" and was curious to see how it ended, if not itching for resolution. I didn't love it fervently, but I think the version of me who put it on my tbr would have.
