Ben come back, I have so many more Darkmourn questions!!! You left me with more questions than answers!!! AAAAA
Good book, Ben’s writing improves with each new release. This one was full of good twists and turns, and I’m fascinated by the changes in the Darkmourn universe. It has the most overlap with the previous two stories (yay for that, because I want to keep tabs on Arlo and Jak), so if you’ve enjoyed the series so far you’ll love this addition!
It feels the most like a creative tale-retelling and I love that. Such cool spins on Little Red Riding Hood, like why the wolf is so big and bad, who the grandma is, or what the big bad wolf is doing in her bed when Little Red comes in and says, “what big [redacted] you have.”
